Dr. Sliwinski is a multiple-Principal Investigator on a recently awarded a $12.2 million grant from the National Institute on Aging to better understand the risk factors of Alzheimer’s disease using mobile technology. This project is a new phase of the Einstein Aging Study and continues a tradition of successful collaboration with his colleagues at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. One of the current graduate students, Jinshil Hyun, received a Pathways T32 Training Grant. The goal of the Pathways T32 Training Program is to train the next generation of scientists to identify psychosocial determinants and biological pathways that underlie healthy and unhealthy aging.
